To maintain quality and fairness, please take note of our return policy below:
RETURN WINDOW (48 HOURS)
- We operate a 48-hour return window.
- The 48 hours begins from the time your item is delivered.
- Customers are advised to inspect their items immediately upon delivery.
For stockpiled items, our return and exchange policy applies on items delivered within seven (7) days from the day of purchase. - Customers are advised to request delivery promptly to remain within the return window.
- Items outside this 7 day window will not be eligible for return or exchange. Example:
If an item is purchased today but delivered 2 weeks later, it will no longer be eligible for return. - If there is any issue with your order, you must notify us within this 48-hour period.
FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE ABUJA
- We understand delivery logistics may vary.
- Your return item does not need to reach us within 48 hours.
- However, it must be shipped within the 48-hour window.
- You are required to send us a valid waybill/parcel ID within this period as proof of shipment.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must be in their original condition with tags intact
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
- All returned items will undergo a quality check before approval.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
- We offer exchanges or store credit only (no cash refunds)
- Size exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to availability
- Our goal is to ensure you still get full value from your purchase.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Please notify us within 48 hours
- We will take full responsibility and ensure a replacement at no extra cost
SALE & PROMO ITEMS
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for return
- However, size exchanges may be considered if available
DELIVERY RETURNS
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- However, we will cover shipping costs if the item received is defective or incorrect
